Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or face an issue with your order, here is how we handle returns and refunds in plain, simple terms.

The 30-Day Return Window

You have exactly 30 days from the date your package arrives to ask for a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Rules for a Valid Return

To get your money back, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means:

  • It must be completely unused, clean, and unwashed.

  • It must be kept inside its original box or plastic wrapping.

  • Any accessories, chargers, or free gifts included with your bundle must be returned with the main product.

Example of an Acceptable Return: You order a bundle of 2 inflators. The box arrives, but you realize you only need one. You leave the second inflator untouched in its original plastic wrap inside the box and write to us within 15 days. This return will be approved.

Example of a Rejected Return: You open an inflator, use it to fill your car tires outside in the dirt, scratch the screen, and throw away the original box packaging. If you try to send it back, we cannot accept it because it is no longer in its original brand-new condition.

How to Start a Return

We do not use customer support emails or phone lines. To start a return, you must follow these steps:

  1. Go directly to our website's Contact Page.

  2. Type in your full name, your store order number, and a brief message explaining why you want to return the product.

  3. Our support team will check your message and reply with instructions on where to ship your package back.

Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once we receive your return package and inspect the items, we will update you through your order dashboard. If approved, your money will automatically be sent back to your original payment method (like your credit card or PayPal account). It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for banks to show the money back in your account balance.
