Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or overrides consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction under the laws applicable to you.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.
This limitation does **not** apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability that applicable law imposes for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer protections.
