  • Tracking: Every order includes end-to-end tracking for your peace of mind. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your Bath Bomb Surprise all the way to your door.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided after the order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping Fees & Currency

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Any refunds processed are issued in USD ($). Any currency conversion or transaction fees applied by your bank are the responsibility of the customer.
